My In-Home Care services cover all the essentials you would do for your cat if you were at home.  My goal is to keep your cat well cared for and happy while you are away.

**I am currently accepting a limited number of new clients for cat sitting with preference for those closer to Norge/Lightfoot.**

 
 
 
Cat Sitting &
Administering Medications

While you are away, I will care for your cat once or twice a day to feed, give fresh water, scoop litter boxes and provide enrichment.  Depending on your cat's needs the enrichment could be petting, brushing, playing, getting treats, etc.  I feel it's essential to give your cat something fun to do during my visits so it is less stressful for your cat while you are away.  I will bring in mail and small packages but please ask a neighbor to move trash cans or water outside plants.  Large/heavy package deliveries must be rescheduled or managed by others.

 

  • The more cats you have means more of my time for feeding, clean up and enrichment.  My fees are:

    • $20/visit for 1-2 cats (up to 30 min.)

    • $23/visit for 3-4 cats (up to 45 min.)

    • $26/visit for 5+ cats (up to 60 min.)

  • I can administer medications to your cat as needed during my visits.  However, your cat must be amenable to getting the medications from me.  We can test this during my initial visit.  My fees are:

    • $1/visit for oral medications, transdermal medications or ear/eye drops

    • $3/visit for injections

    • $7/visit for subcutaneous fluids

  • I charge a travel fee for any location more than 10 miles away from my home.

 

Prior to my scheduled visits, I will come to your home to meet you and your cat as well as get instructions on your cat's care.  I will also get a key to your home and have you sign a release form.  I will keep your key if you plan to use my services again.  If you prefer me to leave the key, there will be a fee for future key pickups/drop offs unless you deliver/pickup at my location.  If you are a new client scheduling care in the next 7 days, then I charge a visit fee for the instructional visit.

 

If you are in a gated community, please make sure security is notified that I am a permanent guest.  If I am denied entrance and have to return later then I will add an extra visit charge.  Ford's Colony clients must send a guest gate pass to my email or I will charge a $5 fee to stop at the main gate to get one.
